Advantage Telecom is a completely independent service provider, which means that customers can be offered substantial savings on calls and line rental.
When you transfer to Advantage Telecom, the ownership of your lines simply transfers to Advantage Telecom and you in future will receive your monthly bill from Advantage Telecom instead of your current supplier. Nothing else will change other than the name on top of your bill; any select services you currently have will remain the same when you transfer to the Advantage Telecom Tariff, and you can even still make calls over the same network!
Should a fault occur at anytime during the service with Advantage Telecom and an engineer is required to visit, an Openreach engineer will be dispatched to your premises, just as before.
